Supplementary School

JEF classes are unique in various respects. First, these were designed exclusively for students from underprivileged backgrounds.

We focus on foundational skills in all our classes taking into account that our students have minimal academic support at home and come from schools that lack resources.

Unlike commercial classes that cater to the results of the 1 percent of top rankers, our focus is to expand basic skills for all our students.

Our second unique feature is the level of professionalism and rigor that we adhere to.

Each class has class plans and multiple examinations so as to obtain feedback on the level of understanding of each topic that is taught.

We have been able to provide these high-quality classes totally free of cost to our students, except for nominal registration fees.

We observed that many students walked more than five kilometers from their homes to attend classes and hence distributed over 80 new cycles to our students to ease their commute.

Jalna Education Foundation has provided scholarships to the most needy students to cover all of their expenses and helped many with their stationery needs.

We also provide counseling support to our students to handle the various challenges they face.

For the last two years, more than half of our students in class 10th have obtained more than 80 percent marks.

In the last five years, more than 40 of our students have gone forward to obtain admission in several professional courses in highly ranked colleges in Mumbai and Pune.
